The right way to roll: How to use a face roller

Before you begin, cleanse your skin and apply moisturiser, serum or oil for optimal slip.

Applying gentle pressure, roll in outward and upwards strokes from the centre of the face – not back and forth. Use the small end to gently massage around eye contours and the mouth.

Jawline: chin to ear
Cheekbones: side of nose to ear
Around mouth: using smaller end, roll outwards then upwards
Under eyes: nose to temple
Forehead: upwards motion, evenly across
Brow bone: outwards & up
Last touch: upwards motion over nose
